Yordle Emo line incoming?

I was searching through the lineup of updated splash arts when I noticed this little gem. The shadowy yordles in this updated splash look like Poppy and Tristana to me. So, does this mean we should expect an emo band of yordles soon?

edit: looks like there is another yordle off-screen to the right. Ziggs maybe?
