Were Splash arts OP?

Can you please fire the Chinese art department for nerfing almost every splash art that was updated this patch? The only ones they made better were: Toxic Mundo and Swamp Master Keenen and that wasn't hard to in the first place. At least buy our skins dinner first before you fuck them.
