League's Summoner icons

Is it just me or does it feel like we should have summoner icons for each of the champions, such as making it so we can but an icon preferably IP depending on whether the icons are created new or cropped from splash. If summoner icons like this were to come out would people buy them? What would people be looking for when buying them as in new content or cropped from splash arts ( Blitzcrank , Ahri , Nidalee ) for the icons? What kind of style would be preferred for the art if it was new / original? IP or RP? Who's would you pick as yours, if any?

I was just thinking about this especially since OCE is getting the new fizz icon of which made me think who else would want an icon for there favorite champion to play. (i would like one for Nidalee or Orianna) *I don't know if anything like this has been posted before, please point it out if you have.

Perhaps "win a game in each play mode" with the champ could get the icon. Or win 5 games, like in TB.

I think the "Flavor-of-the-month" icons from Freljord and Shurima (and the Harrowing/Snowdown) have been fairly popular. I suggest making new icons each month to fit the flavor (and have some lore tossed in as well to keep the story going!)
