Filtering under skins tab

When searching for skins can the name of the set be counted as keywords as well, for example, if I search for Rift Quest nothing appears. Also, why aren't the Sweetheart and Arctic Ops Skin lines under a tab of their own, but less common ones (like Toy Box) is

I think the filters are stupid I want it to be like champs by mastery not every single skin
