I believe that Caitlyn's rival is jinx sister. Jinx clearly states "if you think I'm crazy You should see my sister". I believe that This is a family thwarting piltovers finest. I would like to hear your feed back on this belief

Except for the fact that Jinx's sister is Vi....who works for Caitlyn. One of the LCS casters either admittedly or accidently copped to this fact a week or two ago during one of the broadcasts.
