Lissandra and Nunu
I am really confused about the new bio. Why is Lissandra taking care of Nunu or even allowing him to be near her or the Frostguards? Isn't she the evil incarnated?

Have you read or seen Narnia? The White Witch in Narnia wants to murder Asland. However, she realizes that she will NEVER get close to Asland by herself, which is why she turns her efforts into "befriending" Edmund and being all sweet and motherly to him when she discovers the children are in Narnia and under Asland's guidance. After properly gaining Edmund's trust, he's able to seed doubt about the White Witch, and allow for her to find an opening to get to Asland and stab him to death on the stone table.
Lissandra is very much like the White Witch here in her relationship with Nunu. Her people found him after his caravan was raided. She knows his mother was an accomplished bard, and has taken particular interest in a lot of the songs he remembers regarding the Yetis and true ice, because clearly she's trying to figure out how to gain access to the Yetis and their magic. She's his "mother figure" in the Frostguard, and Nunu does not know that she's secretly a centuries old Iceborn who's been murdering and ruling the Frostguard since long before any can remember. After all, Lissandra's rule has to look legitimate, and she can't do completely off the wall things and draw attention to herself or her people. She can't wantonly murder people to progress her plans, or else people will start to wonder why the Frostguard matron is taking it upon herself to randomly murder people. By all intents and purposes, Lissandra HAS to act very normal in her day to day life, and that's how Nunu knows her. When she's not acting openly as the matron of the Frostguard, the disguise comes off and she can be the Ice Witch, and move her plans forward as a mythical "boogeyman" of the Freljord.
But the thing is, some of her machinations and alliances from her being herself as the Ice Witch have been folded into the Frostguard society. For instance, in parts of Nunu's VO when he's interacting with the Krugs, he talks about how the Frost Troll in the village won't leave because he's petrified of hurting himself and stepping on the rocky Krugs, which is why Nunu has taken it upon himself to get rid of them. So yeah, she's slowly normalizing her plans and her alliances with her Frostguards so that I believe her end goal of a grand reveal can finally happen.
Lissandra didn't take care of Nunu. Frostguard brought children in as new recruits for her army and she talked to Nunu because he unknowlingly possessed information about the artifact and the yeti. Once she got what she needed, she lost any interest in him. Other Frostguard, given how easily he left their base, too didn't care about him. Quite possibly, nobody even bothered to look for him.
I also wonder, whether Notai being attacked by raiders and Frostguard just happening to be nearby is a coincidence or a part of Lissandra's way of getting new soldiers.
Ulterior motives.
She's only keeping him around because she wants information on a certain song his mom knew.
I don't think she cares about him at all.
Lissandra was originally introduced in the old lore as an ally of Ashe,someone who supported Ashe becoming the queen of Freljord.
When Lissandra was introduced as a champion,they actually kept the old lore intact,which they did this by designing Lissandra as a master manipulator and schemer who keeps her enemies in the dark about her true nature. But thats just a facade,she acts all benelovent and noble on the outside,in the lore no one except for certain members of the frostguard knows that Lissandra is actually the feared ice witch.
No, not really. She has goals, but she isn't evil. I don't think there is any current info on what Lissandra is actually trying to do now, and what's happening .Riot is trying to portray the void and everything as the ultimate evil etc.
Definitely excited by the prospect of more Lissandra lore.
Anyone who's interacted with a young kid to any degree will know that when asked about their interests or something important to them, they're only too happy to tell you all about it. As Oleandervine pointed out, deceit is second nature to Lissandra, so I'm sure she had no trouble putting on an excellent façade of the "wise mystic" to get Nunu, a lonely, potentially traumatized kid, to open up.
Because no one knows that she is The Ice Witch, she looks like a normal human.
if were making a lissandra thread can we talk about increasing the size of her ult radius, or perhaps buffing her Q base damage, or buffing her W scaling? 40%?? wtf
