Most likely? Your Easter Egg is a drop of saliva. That camera angle is from inside the mouth of some (probably recently dead) beast.

Drool from the mouth? Weird angle though.
I think it is drool. The artist was probably trying to test the light.color of the cheek and spit there, but I think the splash could do without that drop.
If I had to guess it was not drool, I would guess it looks like Bard a little bit, but not really.

Its animal drool, its kinda sticky and solid, and helps disinfect and digest more than our watery drool.

Sadly for ziggs it didn't go boom, it just melted everything in its range, which was about anything with C O2 in its proximity, zilean got them out In time though
In my opinion it can't be a drop, cause saliva is liquid so it should be more streamlined shape.
