Where O Where Has My Hype Train Gone :(?

All of us Sion mains and fans are still counting down the days and still nothing :/. Getting really close to almost being a full month since the teaser and the skin spotlight and the Taric Qs & As are already up so that mean we know the next patch is coming really soon. However the Mecha Zero Sion Login isnt out neither the skin. So my question is, does anyone know any further info that i don't know of that would like to enlighten me on? I was playing this game a lot during the time the teaser was released but since then, all the hype is gone and now i only open and close my client too see if the update is out. No desire to even play right now.

I just read some reddit post from yesterday that some of the league community commented and they believed the skin would be out today since normally skins come out on Thursday. Here is a link, https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/4ejj2y/mecha_zero_sion_where_are_you/ , but so far nothing. I really hate to say this but the was things have been going, we honestly wont log onto league and see the new Sion login screen probably until next week. Probably late next week. Considered that it will have been a full month, next week, that the skin was announced and teased, the program skins were released, draven event is over, lcs games will be over for a little bit, and taric Qs & As are done with. I dont believe there is nothing more to do in this patch but to release the skin. The big question is still when though.

just to verify my resources, here is a link of the 1st teaser for the Mecha Zero Sion skin. http://www.surrenderat20.net/search?updated-max=2016-03-22T02:48:00-07:00&max-results=10&reverse-paginate=true . If you scroll down that page and continue to see the " newer " posts, then you can see how long and everything else Rito has done in between the time of teasing and to now

Not to mention that sion himself had a huge discount the last 2 or 3 days and tomorrow itll be gone. this makes no since to me why it hasnt been released.
