Shurima

So I read up on some lore and Shurima was an ancient nation that got destroyed bla bla. But if it existed in the current rune terra who would their allies and enemies be? Assuming Azir is in control.

Nah man, Vandal City is the city of The Vandal Gang

Vandal Jax is the mayor of the city and they ride hextech motorcycles all the day.

Riven also lives there

They would be the enemies of Shurima because they are vandals... in this picture you can see Vandal Jax smashing terrain of Shurima... because EVERYTHING IS SHURIMA. Vandal Gragas is also attacking a shuriman soldier who visited Vandal City.
