Is Morgana mentioned in Lux: Issue #4?

I was reading the comic and realised that Sylas stole some magic and shot out a purple chain from his hand. Jarvan VI was hit and had this weird flame around him like the kind Morgana's Q does. I can't make a link, but I'm pretty sure it's page 9 if you count the page with credits.
