LoL models in blender?

Hi! I've been wanting to put elementalist lux's light and water models in blender to make fan animations! I've seen so many people in the community pull it off. However I cannot seem to extract those two models in particular from the game. but I suppose I should have asked first if Riot was okay with 3d model animations? I do not make money off of them. I just really like making LoL content, but dont know how to make models from scratch. I do know how to rig though! c:

You can't extract the skin files after a certain patch I think. (I believe it was the Summoners Rift Update) because Riot changed their skin format (In the actual file) and nobody's cracked it yet.
