Short answer: "Hopefully."
Long answer: There are a number of things the entire company, not just Narrative, are waiting for. Specifically, improvements to the website that would allow for longer stories. In other words, we're waiting for higher-ups at Riot to prioritize their website over things like eSports, live balance and skins.
I would expect to wait a long time, so don't hold your breath.

Do they plan to do that?Yes.I mean the recent lore is filled with mysteries,but they already have answers for these mysteries(except for the champs who are getting hit with the retcon bat either way).
However will they actually reveal this stuff in the near future?Probably not,lore comes out at a very slow pace and I doubt they'll create any new lore that isn't tied to a champion(or event),until they fixed the current lore,which takes extremely long.
