In the last movie of pirate of the carribean His tittle was:" dead man tell no tales " And this is the same phrase that graves say in game So i was asking my self if their is a connection ? And one more phrase from miss fortune was also said in the movie So why these same phrases ?
"Dead men tell no tales" is a really old phrase that is not original to Graves or to the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
By the way, Mr. Cotton's parrot said the phrase in the first Pirates of the Caribbean movie, so the phrase is at least that old, but probably much older.

They're common pirate phrases (Graves is associated with Bilgewater), nothing more.
Isn't Graves' dialogue several years old, predating the more recent PotC movies? There was probably some inspiration drawn from the earlier movies for MF and Bildgewater, as with almost anything in any way pirate related since 2003, but I don't think there is any kind of implied lore connection.
