Yuumi never received a quality login screen, if she even got one. Mordekaiser seems like he won't be getting one either. (Yes I know it's a champion theme.) It just feels kind of half-assed especially for Yuumi players. I just hope i'm overthinking this.

I'd rather have 6 animated splash art logins with their own themes, one for each new champion and/or rework, that actually adds something interesting when I login and depth to the character(s) they represent, than the same Esports crap. Camille Ferrøs9 votesFor champion/reworks which is basically one of their key products they slowly and slowly stripped away things that they previously did. They used to make a stylized reveal page. That is no more. They used to do login screens no matter what event was going on. That is no more(still haven't forgotten the "Halloween" login screen) What's next? No more new splash arts just new in-game models? And as you said its not like they use their beloved resources on the game anyway. What are they doing consistently? Skins, events that are tied to skins and champions. LOL multi-billion company.

I do dislike that they dont do the "a stylized reveal page" for reworks, I just always found meaningless the login screens and I have it always without movement and without sound, and I would dislike that they stopped doing splash arts and I know that it wont ever happen since it's one of the biggest points for the skins
Just that, it's a personal preference

Maisanai1 votesI think they're actually just not allocating time for the champion ones, which are being made, in favor of the esports ones. the BA skinline got one, Yuumi got one, but there's been a lot going on lately so they just haven't had proper representation. I wish we could choose from a selection. Maybe like the last 5 logins, since it seems like too much to ask for all of them lol
AmenPerson1 votesI mean no they aren't. The Battle Academia got an animated Login Screen, same with the Zed legendary. I honestly don't know why Yuumi didn't get one.
The theory that the Battle Academia replaced it doesn't make sense either since the Kayle & Morgana rework had an animated one, and the Cats and Dog event came with them that also got an animated Login.
So Mordekaiser will probably get one, but it might just be put on hold because the new Dark Star Jhin skin might get an animated one as well. Both will probably be uploaded to the official channel though.

They had both MSI login screens and Battle Academia (which Yuumi was technically a part of), so I think it was just a matter of coming out at the wrong time. No word on Mordekaiser yet, sometimes login screens don't hit PBE until late in the cycle, so there's still time. Its worth noting that both Morde and Yuumi have musical themes even if they never have login screens. Mordekaiser's played in the background of his behind-the-scenes reveal video and Yuumi's played during her reveal trailer, and is also on League's YouTube page here:
