Nunu bot is an eagerly awaited meme master and while everyone was blown away with how many lines he had im sure a lot of people missed why, since nunubots lines were done with text-to-speech they didnt have to pay a voice actor and could put as many damn lines as they pleased. This is of course very refreshing considering its not even an ultimate skin. But theres a pretty specific requirement for champions

They have to be joke characters

They have to be generally nonverbal so their new voice doesnt clash with their old one

They have to be female to make use of the female variant of text-to-speech

They preferably need to be overdue for a new skin

Boy thats a pretty restrictive list, does ANY champion meet those requirements.
