I'm a Huge Varus fan i loved his Lore sorry if this sounds dumb but Is Arclight Before the Noxian invasion?

Arclight shows how he looked like right after the corruption,but before the corruption started to alter his appearance.
Though that was said during the release of arclight Varus,so it is unsure if this will remain canon.
