More skins for champions that need some love

Champions like Janna, Master Yi, and Ezreal have gotten at least 2 skins this year while champions such as illaoi, rengar, taliyah, shen and many more champions have not received a skin in over a year and in some cases multiple years. I understand that Riot games is a company and they need to make profit, so more popular champions are given skins more often. However, I believe that many champions should receive skins instead of popular champions that get 2+ skins a season
