Note. I literally just found out about this kalista theory or something, but WTF is that ninja above him. Check his champion page I can't find any photos. If you can quickly spot the head above Zed before it gets covered from smoke, it might be related to the Kalista thingy.

Watch it's a complete copy of Zed, someone posted a non cloud obscured pic of that banner and it's Zed above Zed. Who knows what that actually means though shrugs

It's just Zed's shadow above Zed. And it has been like that since the champion pages first came out (just like shadowy figure behind Jax and TF having white cards). Weird tinting on some champions splashes have been changed recently though.
