Moonboy651 votesthere's a huge difference between Legacy and Limited skins
Limited skins are extremely rare and can only be obtained during specific irl/promotional events, they are also not available through Mystery Gifting or Hextech Crafting Skins that fall into that category: Victorious Graves PAX Sivir Rusty Blitzcrank Black Alistar
Skins that are part of; the Vault/the eSports scene/Snowdown Showdown/Harrowing or are not currently in the store are all Legacy. Legacy skins are also found through Mystery Gifting or the Hextech Crafting system. Skins that fall into that category: Silent Night Sona SKT T1 Nami Sweeper Alistar Vandal Gragas
