Define special, I expect them to do a lore update like they did for Demacia, Zaun and Piltover, but not more.

31th January is a lunar event and events like pool party , Snowdown, etc. are still the same and projects and so on are based on skins so no exact prediction maybe the month based on dates and schedule.

Why Bloodmoon ezreal? I could understand Ahri,getting a white/red fox mask,but Ezreal doesn't fit the theme at all.

Because Ezreal is the main protagonist and central character of the League of Legends franchise no matter how much a vocal minority says otherwise and he deserves to have all the skins for all themes since he is from the most popular characters in history of gaming

This argument is really stupid lol, every type of franchise has dozens of characters with different stories but there still is a main protagonist, and league does have a story which Ezreal is tied to all of it as the guy who explores all the world and gains power
