How does one get to the Piltover/Zaun Microsite (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/piltover#piltover) without scrolling back to page 5 on the news page? This is the sort of thing that the Universe page needs to have in order to be more reliable.
Also, is the Zaun icon still coming?

I agree, those specific Piltover and Zaun pages should be linked through the Universe portal.
Zaun icon will be coming, proparly at the end or beginning of next week.
For more future faction icons prepared for future faction events (most likely linked with champion releases and/or champion updates), I suggest seeing this page. It has all the faction icons showcased, which previously were never released.
It also should have an actual date instead of a generic and vague "coming soon". Because I wasn't sure of when it would actually come up, I actually missed getting the Piltover icon. I'm mad.
