Can anyone confirm if this was a reference to Optimus Prime in the poorly written but admittedly fun CGI giant robot romp Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen? I wanted to think so, and I felt it might have been a coincidence, but I feel like as a giant non-biological protector of little people, Galio has enough in common with an Autobot that it might be a direct allusion.
