I have used 1 Golden Revel Token to exchange for dragonwing cork golden chroma. But I couldn't use it at all. Any ideas and thoughts how to use?

Do you own the Dragonwing Corki skin? In order to use the Chromas you must own the skin.

If you do own it, then you click on it in-game and select the little color wheel over it and click the chroma.
