Jarvan's lance origins; Demacian conspiracy?

So here's what I was thinking. Why does Jarvan IV's lance stretch? The way it stretches during his Q and even dance/idle loop reminded me of another weapon in LoL... Aatrox's sword. So my conspiracy riddled mind thought, "Could the prized weapon of choice for the royal family in Demacia be a Darkin weapon/relic?" The proud and pure Demacian prince wields a weapon from a race of War-hungry chaos devil things, or even is HE PART DARKIN? Is there a Dark (pun intended) secret behind the polished marble walls of Demacia? So far this is my only connection between the two, I'll be looking out for other Darkin and Demacia similarities. Am I crazy or is it a cool idea? Let me know! Thanks for reading!
