The Bilgewater Music Removal

So, at some point during recent patches, Riot removed the Bilgewater theme used on Summoner's Rift and Butcher's Bridge. This removal made it very difficult for the modding communities to add the music back into the game for use in a match. I miss this music very much as I feel it is a far better alternative to the two tracks we can currently choose from today on the Rift. I don't think the files would get in the way if they were added in the next patch.
