No more sound in Special Weapon Zac recall?

I bought this skin when Zac first released cause I thought he was really cool. I stopped playing him for a long time when the meta kept on changing but picked him up again when his "rework" happened. Ever since then I've been using special weapon Zac and have noticed that it no longer plays the sound effects it used to. There used to be an inflating noise as his arm got bigger, a pop when it deflated, and a little "ding" noise when he returned to normal. Why is the sound gone from his recall now? Riot pls
