After you ult on xayah playing her new skin, you get to walk around for a bit as her normal sg form.
I thought it was a nice touch for them to do. and it really makes me think xayah isnt cut out for the cute side of sg, but you still have a chance to see it

I tested him out, he only seems to show his true form in the recall for a couple moments

The spotlight came out. Rakan shows his light form when he hits his Q and the heal is charging.
