League of Legends - France 15/11/13 - Special Launcher Art

Hi, as you know, Paris as been victim of terrorist attacks today and I want to say something to the families of the victims: It's not fair. All the persons who died today will rest in our heart. And for so, I propose to Riot to make a special Art (integrated in the launcher) in memories of the Paris victims. This can be a limited time feature (about 1 week). I think it would be a great idea.
