was born and raised noxian but after the war of noxian and ionian she was then exiled from noxus. It later in the lore says she warders in self imposed exile ,so does that mean she wanders in ionia since she could not leave or does she wander in noxus since some how she can swim over an ocean walk a long distance to noxus without a boat to take her on. also where else would she be able to learn 
's wind tecnique
Ummmmm, several things wring with your post. FIrst, Riven is not Ionian by any means. She is self imposed exile, but still considers herself Noxian, just not what Noxus has now become. Second, she doesn't actually have a wind power like Yasuo; it is from her sword, which has magic properties due to the runes in it. Third and lastly, teleport doesn't exist in the actual world of Valoran, only on Summoner's Rift (hence it's called a Summoner Spell). There are these things called boats which she could use to get across an ocean, but if memory serves me properly, Ionia is a part of the whole mainland continent, so Riven wouldn't have any need to get on a boat in the first place to get to Ionia (also she was in Ionia when she put herself in exile, during the Noxian invasion on Ionia. Also there is no knowledge of where she went after her exile, only that she is in exile)
She just wanders Ionia killing random Ionians to assert her strength because that's what Noxus is all about.

She isnt even asian... like all other characters like Ahri which is based on the Korean Kuhimo, Lee Sin, does kung fu and hes chinese plus a refence to jackie chan, Shen Akali, Zed, Kennen and etc are Ninja's, Yasuo, Yi are both samurai's and etc etc
