Graves Art Screw up
As you can see Graves does not have his cigar in the collection/champ select icon. It should be fixed.

Wasn't that icon cropped right around the time he lost his cigar in the main splash?
It's just a small icon where you couldn't really see the cigar even if it's there to begin with.
In fact, it's possible they intentionally did not use the cigar on the small icon even after restoring Graves' cigar to the splash as it could look like a small black twig sticking out of his face, and so they simply just opt it out.
Similar changes could be observed in other champ icons where features and/or colour scheme could be altered from the splash art slightly for clarity reasons.
