You see the guy drowning in a tube behind Urgot? the same guy that has the symbol that Urgot is having tatooted? That guy is a chem baron, and Urgot is tatooing his crest to show that he has killed it.

That actually is the full version of the brand. You can see it on the guy in the vat behind him.
