Make Ashe's original skin blue instead of black

I've been playing League for a long time now and my favorite champion has always been ashe. But I feel like her original skin should be blue instead of black, so it matches the splash art and in a way her character as well (since she is the queen of freljord, ice --> blue). So i think iit should be changed and it would look awesome on her. It doesnt need to be a really strong blue, even a darker one would do it's job (i think ^-^) Well that's it.. xD Thanks for reading ^-^
