question about teemo skins

Hi , im a big fan of teemo love the champ so much i have all his skins.... but heres the thing only the ones available right now ... I've been playing teemo since he got on league but i took a little break and missed (badger and happy elf teemo). I would like to know if it would be possible to pay for the skins and have them ... i will do whatever it takes to get them :) thank you from a happy teemo player
