Client sound: can it not reset volume for every update.

So, basically, I use Windows volume mixer to lower the clients noise lvl down. Problem: every time League updates, the volume resets to the maximum setting. Which tends to me being deafened if I forget and leave on my headphones when opening League after an update.

Is there any way to prevent this?
