When did NA get the censored Evelynn splash art?

So, I was going to the League of Legends website to see if I could get a wallpaper for the new Evelynn splash art since I want to set it as my desktop background. After noticing something was off, I did some investigating and realized that we now had the censored version of her splash art from Korea. I just found it odd since there is a thread on Reddit talking about it, and Riot c0ttonnz from the community, while not confirming or denying, mentioned that NA and EU would probably not be seeing this change. I'm just wondering if enough people found it offensive on the website that they had to change it, or if it is because the website can be accessed from other countries? Either way, I was just curious.
