Recently I´ve noticed that every single marksman-type champion has atleast 1 (often more than 1) skin, which provides different particle effects, except for Twitch... Also, Twitch´s most recent (individual) skin has been released almost 2 years ago.
Any insight on this?
Ravenhale1 votesI believe his SSW has an original recall and was 975. Pickpocket was just a different costume.
A lot of folks are holding out for Heartseeker Twitch and were a bit disappointed when Riot came out with Orianna instead of a Marksmen.
Moonboy651 votesnope, SSW is from 2015
Rude Name1 votesPlus, at least 1 of all the other marksmen's skins change particle effects. Twitch has none.
I think this is important. @OP, can you put this in the post?

Never forget.
Rude Name1 votesThe greatest part is; I don't think Riot have forgotten this. They redrew the skin at some event (I think it was PAX), and said they quite liked the skin idea. Other skin ideas, like Pizza Delivery Sivir have popped up in similar fashion. Unfortunately, these two never materialized.
Moonboy651 votesonly thing exciting for Twitch is his skin splash art updates
