I knew RIOT want to make her lore from herself, not from another myth. I understand now, she will have her real lore. Then I stopped hating that ship.

Problem is that Sun Wukong fell in love with a fox girl so if Riot wanted to follow their own lore then that's out of the question (it already is, considering that she fell in love with a human and wants to fight for humans when she isn't following the scent of a MacGuffin).
