Can tahm kench make bargains with anyone.
For example would tahm be able to bargain with vel koz to take him to zilean. If tahm can make bargains with creatures from the void or aspects would he?

Variks the Loyal5 votesPerhaps, if the suffering would be worth it.
Remember, Tahm Kench feeds off the misery of those he makes a deal with. It's a question of whether Vel'Koz would have the capacity to feel misery.
Skelenth4 votesI believe the only thing that could bring misery to Vel'Koz would be amnesia.
