Which splash arts are going to be changed?

Surrender at 20 just post about the update of old splash art....so...Which ones? I'm really excited about this news, I remember at the end of last year, Riot made some old legacy skins on sale, I really wanted to buy some of them, but most of their splash arts are terrible compare to the new skins'. Will the skins with new splash art available to purchase when update?
