Bard Mountain trailer and Targon

I recently watched the Bard trailer where the village gets attacked and he gets the magic egg-like object and then teleports it away.

What caught my attention though is that the decorative structures upon the mountain that get vaporized and the marks on the stone are most likely of Targonian making as they resemble the mark taric got on his arm, plus they also have the 3 orbs around the central tall figure akin to the targon crest:

Now we can all wonder is Bard ever had contacts with them or he is just using their "elevators". And also we can wonder if the star-egg is an artifact of Targonian origins.
