Questions for riot games! (Art Department)

First off, THANK YOU to all riot employees for making an amazing game, I love every single thing you've made from the splash art, characters, music, gameplay,cinematics, everything league of legends i love! Anywaysss i wanted to ask the art department some questions. Question number one! What programs are used to create your cinematic trailers like jhins teaser or more recently varus as we fall music video? Second question what program is used to create the model and animate the in game models of the champions? Third question, do you guys use photoshop to create the splash art? Last but not least, what are some good schools for animation i have no experience with it and where do i start? Thank you for everything riot!!!!!
