>Crackpot Theory< Soraka's real power!

AurelionSol "Twinkle Twinkle little star. do you wonder what you are?" Soraka YES I HAVE AURELION! i have spent day and night without sleep trying to discover soraka's secret, THE BIGGEST SECRET that even she does not know. what is Soraka? A child of the stars guided by their voices, but Aurelion Sol creates stars. What is the story between these two? I have a few theories though it may be way off base. so try and stick with me there, maybe even add your own theories :)

Aurelion Sol talks about stars in several cases but this one caught me off guard. "sometimes, the stars gaze back" that made me wonder are they alive? Truly alive? So i closely read more and what Aurelion says is bigger than i thought. He see's them all not as objects to light the skies but as his children in a way, "I grieve for every star never born" "each star is one of my hearts" though i dont know if this would be accurate since what he say's is inconsistent like, "Stars are not born, they are made... By me" (but if this was the case and the stars are alive it would mean that soraka is in a sense apart of Aurelion Sol and was truly born by the stars if stars can actually do that.)

If we take the concept that stars are not alive and its only Aurelion Sol than the voices who talk to soraka are actually just Aurelion Sol himself, this may seem like a stretch but, how would stars talk to her and give her powers of stars if they are not alive? It may be Aurelion Sol looking after one of his accidental creations, either it is that or perhaps a unknown force taking the appearance as her stars.

With either case i believe the source of her power and even life is either connected directly to Aurelion Sol or a Unknown entity. Like i said might be way off base with this but its an interesting thing to consider. [slayer-jinx-catface] Soraka AurelionSol

Keep in mind that the sun is a star, but it is also a interdimensional alien currently living in Leona's body. Likewise the Protector and Pantheon are both constellations, but they are also the celestials inhabiting Taric and Atreus respectively.

So when Soraka says "star's hear me" and hears voices from the stars (her lore is all old, so we have to take this all with a grain of salt) it may be the Targonians that she is referring to.

Here's my theory: In Aurelion Sol's bio, he meets the Targonians. There is nothing in this paragraph that suggests the Targonians are spiritual or celestial creatures. They are magically powerful for sure, but I think at this point in history they were just regular organic animals. They enslave Aurelion Sol, and use his strength to conquer the known universe, eliminating any threat against their empire and enjoying uncontested rule for eons. I speculate that during this time they became so magically powerful that they transcended beyond the mortal plane by inhabiting some of the stars that Sol created. Stars are clearly magical in league's universe, as they are the source of planetary life (this is mentioned in Sol's in-game quotes), and so the Targonians became one with the magic of the stars to become the celestial deities that we know in modern-day Runeterra. This is also why there are no more Targonians around; they have ascended beyond corporeal plane.

Thus many of the stars are "alive" in that Targonians have fused their essence with Sol's magic to become gods.

Where Soraka fits into this is still guesswork. Perhaps she was a Targonian who failed to transcend, and is now left behind on Runeterra.

now that i think of it (this is from memory of both soraka and Aurelions story from like a year ago, so one may have changed) the stars warned soraka not to be involved with feable human, and that they were evil creature. even went as far as taking her powers for trying to help warwick. Soraka's "Stars" had alot of issues with humans. much like sol where he was enslaved by them, threatened by the destruction of his precise stars. this sorta gives me more reason to think it might of been Sol silently helping his creation.

Is it me or does Aurelion Sol deserve an entire game about him? i mean think of it. Once a "God" captured and forced to be a slave to the targarians. n now that he returns to Rune Terra sensing the strength of the Targarians waning. the perfect opportunity for sweet sweet EXTINCTION. best part is its an actual game u can play as an actual dragon ;) breathing fire/beams n slaughtering those who see u as a god.
