Pre Khada-Jhin skin?

As a retired jhin main, I'd love to see some type of legendary skin for jhin. Seeing how he's gotten alot more love from riot in the past months I don't think they'll hesitate to make a legendary for him soon. Seeing how jhin looked, acted, and killed before he put on the mask would be awesome

Well he killed people with knives, so good luck trying to incorporate that into his kit. And he most likely looked like an ordinary man. Not exactly inspirational material for a skin, let alone a legendary skin.
