I know Shen is about 6'1, judging from his stature and how he slightly towers over the average male.
Tallest human would be Sion at around 8-9 feet tall, runner-up is Braum at 8'6ish.
Tallest champion overall is Aurelion Sol at around 600-700 feet tall in his splash art. Length would probably be in the 2000s range, maybe even a mile.
Shortest is definitely a tie between Corki and Rumble.

Not for every champion no. We do have heights and weights for a select few however.
Ivern's lore mentions him being around 10 feet tall. Poppy's lore mention her being under and around 4 foot. Tristana was described by Jinxylord/Kindlejack (Can't remember which said it), to be taller then your average Yordle, so it's safe to assume she's a little over 4 foot in that case. I BELIEVE (Not 100%) that in the Galio Q&A they mentioned him being around 70 Feet tall?

No. Because math on this shit would be ridiculous.
Some champions change height after their VGU's, or even depending on skin. Using Garen's current model as a reference of 6 feet, Ryze used to be around 5'8", but after the last rework he's 6'4" now. Though Garen's steel legion skin makes him look much bigger.
You might as well throw in their age, birthdays, blood-types, likes and dislikes and so on. I know that a lot of Japanese players would appreciate such information.
