It's been 6 months since the last time you've told us who's on the VGU list. I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to know who's on the list now. Are there any Champions that have been added since 6 months ago? We already know Pantheon is coming soon, and Volibear and Fiddlesticks are in early development right now. Would really appreciate a reply, thanks!

So from what we can deduce from these two comments, we can deduce that Tier 1 is currently comprised of:
We'll just have to wait for the first Voli-Sticks Blog to come out later this month or so & ask Reav3 ourselves on how the Tier 1 list looks, but so far that's what we're looking at.
