Heimerdinger vs Viktor

I think there should be more interaction between and . They are by far the two most brilliant inventors, they both created a line of robotic champions (Battlecast for Viktor, Mecha for Heimerdinger), and they both even have a robotic arm. In my opinion, this is ripe for one of the greatest rivalries in League of Legends, but Viktor doesn't even acknowledge the Donger's existence. If Viktor thought Jayce could be a worthy ally at first because of his intelligence, why has he not even tried to convince Heimerdinger of the Glorious Evolution? In-game interactions would be nice, but I also think more of the lore should mention this.

Putting aside the fact that neither had interactions prior to their updates, and in Viktor's case he still has none, I suspect the reasoning behind this lack of acknowledgement is due to their characters. Both are intensely focused on their technological pursuits and generally being tolerant of anything that does not impede their work. Neither are exceedingly violent or malicious, and are generally well-adjusted members of society. Granted, Viktor's agenda is odd or disturbing from an outsider's perspective, particularly the misinformed, but he is far from dangerous.

Both are aware of the other's existence, but have no real reason to interact.

Also, Heimer does have a taunt for Viktor, but its more of an observation than clever insult.

If you seek to replace all humans, there will be no one left to appreciate your work.

It certainly implies Heimerdinger considers Viktor's inventions to be of value.

YES. There should be. I imagine them being friendly rivals. As in, they know they are rivals, but aren't at each other's throats. But rather, they just simply rival each other by trying to out-shine the other.

has no one noticed? That Victor got the most pissed when people stole his concepts and results for their own works while getting all the credit? Then he got mad and got a mechanical thrid arm upgrades with offensive powers - he seems be pretty pround of it since it's the perfect symbol to how the human body can be "expanded" and "improved".

And Heimer... a short time later got the VU: with a mechanical thrid arm capable of offsensive powers - of course not as "human" as Viktor's but it fulfils the same function. I wonder how mad Viktor gets when he realizes someone has stolen his idea YET AGAIN...?

Seriously, why the hell Heimer has an interaction vs Viktor instead of Rumble?

... And im pretty sure that Viktor "acknowledge the Donger's existence", after all, Heimerdinger is the inventor of the Runeterra's version of the light bulb.

I'd quite like some more interaction in general, and Heimer/Viktor would be a good place to start. But there's a risk of little happening, since Viktor already has a thing with Jayce. Still, the League has a lot of inventors, it'd be worth putting them all in a room together for a bit, so they can work on nerfing Kassadin together.

I feel like I remember reading somewhere a while back that Noxus didn't care for Yordles, and seeing as how Zaun and Noxus are allies I always thought that Zaun would share the same ideas. So maybe Viktor doesn't care to acknowledge Heimer because he's a Yordle. I would still like to see interactions though if they ever add more lines to characters, but judging by a thread about voice acting the other day, that seems highly unlikely.
