New Dark Star rises
Hey all! Today I'd like to analyze the new Dark Star theme, specifically why it fits so well with Dark Star Orianna, Kha'Zix and the Dark Star theme in general! It will mostly be marked with timemarks here, so sit back, enjoy the music and I hope you enjoy the post!
For those who haven't listened to it, this is it. Now, when first listening to this (fully), it bears a lot of similarities to the original Dark Star theme, yet it is very much different from it. It has a lot of sounds mixed together, which might sound weird in the first place, but just listening through it makes it come together so well! That's just my analysis, mostly focused on the general song. However, why does this song fit with these champs so well? I'll explain that through some timemarks. It would be recommended to grab the song now and listen to it, for the best experience!

0:00 - 0:35 is a good part to call the start of the song. This part bears a lot of similarities to the first Dark Star theme, with the first part feeling like Thresh released the souls of these creatures (Kha & Ori) to fight for him. This kind of ties in with the background, where they jump out of a galaxy (black hole even?), ready to destroy, like they now do everything Thresh wants from them.

0:36 - 1:30 would be the part where they do their business (a.k.a. destroying worlds and galaxies), but that is not the main focus of this part. It's not that creatures are destroying worlds right here, it's that Orianna and Kha'Zix are doing this. This can be noticed by the sinister clockwork going through the song, giving it the Orianna vibes. For Kha'Zix, however, it might not seem obvious at first. Yet, he has some parts in this specific parts where it is obvious that it's... Kha'Zix. It can be noticed by multiple eerie sounds at certain parts (0:46 - 0:48, 0:58 - 1:00 & 1:20 - 1:21). This heavily resembles the buzzing of the wings of an insect, which could be immediatly tied to Kha'Zix himself.

1:30 - 2:19 is sort of a repeat of the previous part, yet it's very much different. There is a lot of distortion going on at certain parts (1:52, 1:58, 2:02 & 2:13), where it feels like something is off, like a veil is shattering through space. My idea about this is that Orianna is just going around, destroying stuff like a normal girl her age would do, with the wing sounds being Kha'Zix, waiting for the jump. The distortion could be that Kha'Zix is finally joining in on the party through another part of the universe into this part.

2:19 - 3:00 feels like Kha'Zix' part. It sounds like a hunt going on in the cosmos, like a galaxy is desperately trying to get away from him. Yet, he catches up. At the end of this part (3:00), one can hear a muffled blast. What I think this is is the "explosion / implosion" of the galaxy, devoured by Kha'Zix himself.

3:00 - 3:18 is the obvious outro to the song, where, in a movie, they would walk away like badasses, because they did what they were supposed to do. Yet, it feels much more sinister. If I were to make a guess, this isn't the end of Dark Star whatsoever.
In short, the analyzed version of the song has multiple parts in it that are kind of dedicated to one of the 2 champions, with both of them fitting this perfectly!
