UFO CORKI MISSING PARTICLES

Long story short: UFO Corki is missing the cool little circle particles that trailed him as he moved. My friend and I were discussing how cool the skin was and he decided to play it, but to our dismay we realized those awesome particles were removed, presumably with his texture update way back when. Do you think this could be fixed or is that awesome feature gone for good?
