Skins for Newer Champions?

I just felt the need to say that I think There should be more skin releases for newer champions and/or champions who barely have any skins. The skins that have been coming out lately are great, but a lot have been for champions who already have quite a few skins already. These skins are great but When I already have 5 out of the 8 skins for a champion, I'm really not that interested. I'd rather have a different skin for the champion that only has that one skin and their default. I think it's time to show some other champions some love now...

Skins don't usually get made or released based on how new a champion is, how often they are played, when the last had one, ect. For the most part what Riot has said is that they just choose the skins/champions based on the Themes they are working on at the time.

I feel like Illaoi and Jhin really need a skin right now and since Kindred who came out before Illaoi just got the Super Galaxy skin it would be nice for these newer champs to get a skin in the near future.

There used to be two release skins per champion back in the earlier seasons, but seems like they've slowed it down to 1 release skin for better quality.

Newer champions already get plenty of attention, seeing as most of them are already extremely popular and heavily played. Meanwhile champions like Cass and Swain, who haven't gotten a SINGLE skin in up to 4 years (!), don't see a single bit of love so far.

Yeah obviously new champs get a lot of attention right after release, but after maybe 2 weeks ( if that ) they aren't the new hype anymore. 3 -4 months later and all these older champions with a bunch of skins are getting new ones, while these newer champs stay with 1 for quite a period of time, which is wrong imo. They are newer to league, I am much more interested in seeing skins come out for these champions ( and the champions like cass and swain) rather than those that we continuously see getting skins, and I'm sure many other players are too. As I said in my first post, the skins are great but when I have 5 out the 8 skins this champion has, I am not interested in continuously buying new skins for this champ.
