Riot, Please Revamp The Mistreated Legendary Skins
Skins like Primetime Draven and Surprise Party Fiddlesticks seriously need some TLC. They need things like unique animations and are basically just less... legendary then others.

To be fair,these skins are much cheaper than regular legendaries,so them not being on par with the others makes kinda sense
party fiddle sticks is fine imo, I am not familiar with the draven skin though
Draven got a new voice-over for that skin. Fiddlesticks got new particle effects. They are good for what they are meant to be and their price point.
Those two are both legendary, but permanetly discounted at 975 and thus making them quite fine for what they offer.
Others that are "Legendary" are still priced at 1820 and offer little to nothing for that price, i.e. Annie in Wonderland. You would have thought when they did updates on some of these champs in the past (Annie VU) that would have put more effect into giving the skins some love.
